Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged in shipping, do not open it. Take pictures and contact us immediately. If we agree that the product is likely damaged, we will have you open the package and inspect the contents. If the product is damaged, we will initiate the return process. If you are lucky, the product remained intact even though the outer parcel suffered some abuse. In the event that the product you received is not what you ordered or if it is broken or inoperable, again, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the specifics of your issue and take appropriate steps to remedy the problem. In the event your item is out of stock, you will be eligible for a full refund (shipping included). If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally appearing 7-10 business days after we authorize it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your return is approved, we will provide you with everything necessary to complete the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your item(s) are in stock and when to expect delivery. Otherwise, a refund will be issued as stated above.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@GlobalMedicalSpecialists.com and send your item to the supplier address that we provide you.. We deal with a lot of suppliers, hence please confirm the return address with us before posting. This is to ensure that the product is received by the supplier who originally shipped the product.

These are variable and are determined based on the weight of the product and your location. The average shipping cost for a single small to medium parcel is around $10.
